Eligibility

Deceased Active Duty, Guard and Reserve Members, Military Retirees, and Veteran’s who served at least one term of enlistment and separated under honorable conditions are eligible for Military Funeral Honors. A DD Form 214 or other documentation is used to verify eligibility.
