Eligibility

To be eligible for benefits and services offered by Operation Outreach you must be a Service Member, a family member or new Veteran with Missouri as their Home of Record who was activated for the Global War on Terror. However, we do attempt to offer assistance in the extraordinary circumstances of prior service Veterans.
