Harold
(Hal) J. Dulle

Hal
J. Dulle was appointed the Executive Director for the Missouri Veterans
Commission on July 27,
2006. He was born
in Jefferson City, October
17, 1945. He attended
Lincoln University
and the University of
Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics
from Lincoln University.
Mr.
Dulle enlisted in the United States Marines Corps in 1966.
Following basic training at MCRD San Diego, he attended Motor
Transport School,
Camp Pendleton, California
and later was assigned to military intelligence and completed training
in early 1967. He served
in Southeast Asia and Guam,
Mariana Islands, before returning to the
Third Marine Air Wing, El Toro,
California in 1968. He was honorably discharged in 1969 with the
rank of Corporal and returned to Missouri.
In
2001 Mr. Dulle became Assistant Director of the Missouri Veterans
Commission and in 2003 was named Deputy Director. He was responsible for the state Veteran’s Cemetery
Program as well as the Commission’s Service to Veterans Program. He also served as liaison to the state’s Veterans’
organizations as well as state agencies and the state legislature.
Mr.
Dulle is active in the Marine Corps League, Missouri Association
of Veterans Organizations, and the Jefferson City Rotary Club. He is also a Board member of several civic organizations.
